  • The KYB module is disjointed and just a window shop into Creditsafe or whoever they are using for KYB – it is very frustrating to use and there is no case file for businesses, you can only have case files for contacts.
  • No Risk Assessment, risk scores or deep AML functionalities.
  • Not ideal for complex cases such as trusts or international companies
  • Glassdoor reviews are extremely concerning, unusually high staff turnover
